Items are shipped from the Netherlands. We usually ship within 1 business day after receipt of payment, but it may take longer depending on the product and the number of items ordered.

Coming soon products:
Unfortunately, some products are temporarily out of stock. Don't worry! We have a 'coming soon' button. If you use this, we will receive a message that you would like to order the product when it is back in stock. If we have the product back in stock, you will automatically receive a message from us.
**Please note! The product is not reserved, only back in stock.
Pre-order:
Pre-orders are products that we announce in advance. These products are not yet in stock, but will be released around the release date. If you want to order a pre-order, you can pay for it in your shopping cart as usual and we will ship it around the estimated release date of the chosen product. You always pay for a pre-order in advance.*
*Please note! Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a manufacturer postpones a product release, which means we also have to postpone the estimated release date. You will be kept informed of this via our product page. We try to keep you informed as best as possible.
Shipping and postage costs pre-order:
Pre-orders can be combined with other purchases. However, we can only send the other products at the same time as your pre-order due to shipping costs. If you want to receive your other products as soon as possible, you will need to place two separate orders.
Cancellation policy:
It is possible to cancel your order, we always request that you inform us as soon as possible by email (pkmstoragez@outlook.com) stating your order number. The sooner we receive your cancellation, the sooner we can stop processing. Orders that have already been processed can unfortunately no longer be cancelled. You can return the items upon receipt, see our return policy for this. The costs for returning products are then for your own account and will not be reimbursed by us. As soon as your order has been successfully cancelled, your payment obligation will lapse. Any payments will then be refunded as soon as possible. The term of refund varies per payment method, expected within approximately 14 days.

In some rare cases we may be forced to cancel your order. There are several reasons for this:
- The item is (still) not in stock/available.
- Your address details are unclear or unusable.
If we cancel your order, your payment obligation will lapse or you will receive the amount already paid back within approximately 14 days.
Change of address:
If you would like to change the shipping address of your existing order, please contact our customer service at pkmstoragez@outlook.com (with the order number and your new address information).

order that has already been shipped.
